Ltd. was established in 2011 to provide Building Management System (BMS) solutions specially focusing in industrial, governmental, educational, hospital and hotel sectors in Sri Lanka and Singapore. Since this time DSP has succeed in providing BMS systems for controlling and monitoring of chiller plants, Air Condition & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, Plumbing & Sanitary systems, Fire & Security systems and Lighting Control Systems.

Building Management Systems / SCADA

A significant energy saving can be achieved through efficient control of Air conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Electrical systems in a building using a building management system. Advanced graphic displays are used to present the users with all the relevant details of the building. The equipment that we provide for controlling various systems of the buildings are robust and long-lasting.

Chiller Plant Management Solutions

We have controllers built specially for the purpose of controlling chiller plant equipment in a cost effective and efficient way. These controllers support advanced methods such as VWV and VWT used to optimize chiller plant operation. There are inbuilt methods to handle equipment failures and maintain equipment runtimes at a similar level.

Integrated Building Management System (IBMS)

Since there are many vendors providing various services such as Fire Protection, CCTV and Access Control Systems it can be tedious to check every system consistently. Therefore an IBMS can be used to interface with these systems and provide all necessary information in one place. Our systems support most of the protocols used by vendors around the globe to interface with their systems.

Building Services Software Solutions

The information collected from BMS can be analyzed using an Energy Management System(EMS) to give the user a better understanding of the nature of energy usage in the building and the performance of the BMS. Detailed reports that are customizable according to user requirements can be generated through this system. In case of commercial buildings, charging for systems such as electrical and air conditioning can also be done through a tenant billing system incorporated with the EMS.

Preventive Maintenance Service

All the equipment in the building should undergo maintenance regularly to prevent unnecessary breakdowns and there can be unexpected failures due to various other reasons such as manufacturing defects and forces of nature. Managing all these maintenance schedules and keeping track of the failing equipment is not an easy task. In order to help the user with this task, we implement a maintenance management system. It can notify the relevant parties when a maintenance is due and when a certain equipment should be replaced.

Data Center Infrastructure Management System(DCIM)

Data centers need special care because of the nature of service they provide. In order to provide a continuous service, the system administrators should be able to get a clear picture of the system at a single glance. We use DCIM software to provide the administrators with detailed graphics. Various aspects of data halls such as power usage, temperatures and floorspace usage can be presented in a simple and effective manner.
